Come for a seaside, young native forest and biodiversity walk (optional swim or cycle). Enjoy some yummy food and tea inspired by our gardens produce. Experience active listening where you are supported to sit with yourself in silence or speak about anything on your mind in a nonjudgmental and confidential space. This can be done over a cup of tea or whilst gardening, drawing or crafting whatever feel good to you.
