Time credits
Time credits are a way to track exchanges between members. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
One hour of service equals one time credit, regardless of the type of service provided. This reflects the principle that everyone's time is equally valuable.
Your responsibilities
When offering services, you are responsible for:
- accurately describing what you can offer
- completing services to a reasonable standard
- communicating clearly with other members
- respecting agreed times and arrangements
NEXUS Timebank is not responsible for the quality of services exchanged between members. Disputes should be resolved between the parties involved, though moderators may assist if needed.
Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- breach these terms and conditions
- behave inappropriately towards other members
- misuse the platform
- provide false information
Liability
NEXUS Timebank is provided as a platform to facilitate community exchanges. We are not liable for:
- the quality or safety of services exchanged
- disputes between members
- loss or damage arising from use of the service
- service interruptions or technical issues
